🐻 Bear Cubs Volleyball Program

Registration Opens Fall 2026

The Blair High School Volleyball Team and the Blair Volleyball Club (BVC) are excited to continue the Bear Cubs Program—a fun, welcoming introduction to volleyball for kids in 1st–6th grade.

Bear Cubs focuses on:

  • Learning basic volleyball skills

  • Building coordination and confidence

  • Developing teamwork and a love for the game

All sessions are held in a positive, camp-style environment at Blair High School, led by BHS players and BVC coaches.

📅 Program Format

  • Sundays: at Blair High School Gym

    • 1st-3rdGrade 1-2:00 PM

      4th-6th Grade 2-3:00 PM

  • Weeks 1–4: 45 minutes of skill training + 15 minutes of scrimmage play

  • Weeks 5–6: 15 minutes of warm-up/review + 45 minutes of full scrimmages/tournament play

🏐 What to Expect

  • Fun skill development drills and games

  • Relay races and movement activities

  • Strength and coordination exercises

  • Scrimmage play each week

  • Training from Blair High School coaches, players, and BVC coaches

💲 Cost

  • $75 per participant

  • Includes a Bear Cubs camp t-shirt

  • Includes free entry into a Blair Varsity Volleyball Game

  • Payment due on the first day (cash, check payable to Mary Policky, memo: BVC, or Venmo @Mary-Policky #0896)
